Nichole Clover passed her Final Oral Exam in November of 2009.

Nichole completed a Master's Research Project regarding the Merritt Creek Day Treatment Program. Nichole worked with the Transitional Assertive Community Treatment (TACT) program at the Human Development Center.


Ben Hatfield passed his Final Oral Exam in November of 2009.


Ben's primary interest (and the focus of his Personal Practice Model) was in providing services to people with dual mental illness and chemical dependency challenges. Before graduation, he worked as a residential coordinator for the Human Development Center's (HDC) chemical dependency program. He was hired to serve as the Community Support Worker for the HDC Clinical Support Program (CS) in Douglas County upon getting his MSW. Ben was a good friend to many of his classmates while a student here.

Dana Fromberg passed her Final Oral Exam in May of 2009.

Dana completed a Personal Practice Model with a special focus on Children's Mental Health and Wraparound Services.



Rachel Forsyth passed her Final Oral Exam in May of 2009.

Rachel's Portfolio reflected her special interest in macro practice. At the time of graduation Rachel worked at Community Action Duluth.


Susan Sawyer passed her Final Oral Exam in May of 2009.

Susan's Masters Research Project evaluated the Program to Aid Victims of Sexual Assault (PAVSA) here in the Duluth Public Schools. Susan is employed as an Employment Case Manager at CHUM in Duluth.

Brent passed his Final Oral Exam in January of 2009.

Brent's special area of interest and the topic of his Person Practice Model (PPM) was Asperger's Syndrome. At the time of graduation Brent worked as a social worker with St. Louis County Health and Human Services here in Duluth.
