The Mission of the Carlton County Children & Family Services Collaborative is to achieve an effective, collaborative, and comprehensive system of social, educational, and health services to strengthen and support families. A multitude of different intervention and prevention services are provided which are funded through collaborative efforts with schools, public health and social services of FDL and Carlton County, area mental health agencies, and law enforcement agencies. Programs are also created and funded by various grant sources through state and federal departments including DHS, the University of MN, and other private interest groups including foundations.
