Community Partners exists to enable older adults to live independently in their own homes. We accomplish this by organizing neighborhood volunteers and providing support services, information, and service coordination.  The agency provides volunteer services including grocery shopping, rides to appointments, chore services, friendly visiting, and respite care. The agency provides caregiver support services in the forms of respite, counseling, and a monthly support group. The program also provides general information and assistance, and referral to services.

Field I - Intakes, home visits, life review, community service referrals, meals on wheels, volunteer recruitment.

Field II - Program development, fundraising, community awareness and organizing, event planning.
