Agency Description:	Congdon Park Elementary is a K-5 elementary school serving 490 students and 350 families. Services provided include special education for students with autism.
Description of Field Activities	Casework, community referral, consultation, group work, supervision, micro and macro social work. Students will participate in the schools planned and documented intervention process as well as EBD screenings. Development and implementation of topical groups for students. Development of community referral database. Develop and implement a program to train parent volunteers to provide social support in the classroom. Assessment and referral of emotional & behavioral concerns with students. Staff training and parent support.
Approval for Field I, II, Either??	This placement has been approved for both Field I and Field II. If no MSW is on-site Congdon, this can only be considered for a Field I placement. (school social workers may change from year to year)
