Agency Description:	This agency provides direct services to improve access, particularly financial access, to primary health care through the provision of clinical care, health education, screening, assisted referral and advocacy.
Description of Field Activities	Students will be able to work individually with clients, doing case management, advocacy, brokering, referrals. They will also advocate meetings, community organizing, review policies and evaluate programs, data analysis.
