This agency works to ensure that all children ages 0-21 and their families
can lead healthy and meaningful lives. It serves as a liaison with schools
in Lake and Cook counties, allocates funds to community partners for service
provision, and facilitates community collaboration and systems change. |
| Description of Field Activities |
Students will develop a plan to increase community awareness of the value
of collaboration, which includes web site development and public relations;
will research funding sources and assist in developing grant proposals to
support school based projects promoting the graduation of all children;
develop evaluation tools and or satisfaction surveys; coordinate and facilitate
student groups; and develop 1:1 connections with individual students. |
