Agency Description:	SMDC is a private non-profit clinic and hospital. The Behavioral Health Department provides the following: psychotherapy, psychiatry, psychological testing & evaluation, inpatient hospitalization, partial hospitalization, chemical dependency treatment for adolescents.
Description of Field Activities	We can provide placement in acute input, mental health treatment, intensive outpatient treatment and individual therapy settings. The student can participate in organizational management and community coordination, individual therapy, group therapy, social work services, couple and family assessments, marital therapy and patient and family education, care reviews, treatment plans, staff meetings, administrative planning, community planning and organizational development.
Approval for Field I, II, Either??	This field placement has been approved for either Field I or Field II, although a Field I student should have prior human services experience.
