St. Luke’s Hospice Duluth upholds the highest respect for human life and focuses on palliative care. This includes pain symptom management, personal care, and emotional and spiritual support for both patients and their families. The program is committed to caring for people facing a limited life expectancy.

Field I - interdisciplinary team, coordinate community resources, home visits, hospital visits, advocacy, bereavement follow-up, case management, assessment, report writing, community education, volunteer training.

Field II - works more autonomously on above tasks, internal agency committees, public speaking.
