• Add course(s) after the 2nd week of the semester, drop a course after the deadline, request a refund, etc.
  • Online UMD Graduate School Petition (to Cancel/Add/Request Refund).
• Add/cancel courses to the Program Degree Form
  • Complete form following instruction #1
  • Submit to Student Support Assistant for routing of signatures

  • All MSW students must submit form to graduate.
  • If planning to walk at commencement (May 10, 2012), deadline to submit form is March 1, 2012 to the UMD Graduate School. NO EXCEPTIONS!!

  • All graduate students must file a Degree Program form listing of all courses that will be completed and used to satisfy degree requirements.
  • Approval of degree program form can take up to 3-4 months.
  • If planning to walk at commencement (May 11, 2012), deadline to submit form is January 23, 2012 to the Student Support Assistant.
