Send syllabi electronically (email attachment) to Jackie before your class(es) begins or the first week of class.

 

A copy of your class syllabi is kept on file in the Social Work Department for each course taught.

Academic Computing (AC) has entered into several license agreements for operating systems and productivity software. There is no charge back to the end user departments for use of the software included in these agreements

CHECKING FOR COURSE PREREQUISTES:

On the first day of class, routinely check to see if student has prerequisites for course.

 

FORWARDING E-MAILS FROM UMD SERVER TO ANOTHER SERVER

Can be set-up by contacting the help desk at 8847 or going to the itss website and scroll down to "Configuring your email" choose the " UMD Email Forwarding" link .

 

Potential problem:  If the server has limitations on size of e-mails, some e-mails could get bounced back to UMD and person would not receive e-mail(s).
