Exit Interviews
Before you complete your course of study, drop below half-time, transfer to another school, or withdraw from school for any reason, you must
schedule an exit interview with the Financial Collections Office to discuss
the repayment of your loan(s) and provide an address where you can be
contacted in the future. Planning during the repayment period will be
simplified if you have discussed your obligations and available benefits
THEREFORE, IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO SEE THAT YOU HAVE AN
EXIT INTERVIEW AND THAT YOU UNDERSTAND THE TERMS OF YOUR LOANS. FAILURE
TO COMPLETE EXIT COUNSELING WILL RESULT IN A HOLD BEING PLACED ON YOUR
RECORDS.
If you are not sure of what loan
types you have and would like a historical aid summary of all of your
federal loans and grants, please visit NSLDS.
- If you have Direct (Stafford) subsidized or unsubsidized
loans only
and are graduating, dropping below half-time or withdrawing from school
for any reason you
