It is the student's responsibility to be aware of all policies regarding registration and cancellation as stated in the class schedule. By registering for classes, you enter into a legally binding contract to pay all tuition and fees including any non refundable fees.


Important Reminders

The final billing for Fall 2009 will be emailed/mailed on November 9 and due on December 3, 2009.

There are two important changes for Fall Term 2009 that students and parents must be aware of:

  • Effective Fall Term 2009 the late payment fee will increase to $30.00. If you do not pay the minimum due by the first due date, October 8, 2009, you will be assessed a $30.00 late payment fee and a $35.00 installment/rebilling fee.
  • Effective Fall Term 2009 Financial Aid cannot be automatically applied to charges other than required tuition, fees and on campus housing and meal plans. All other miscellaneous charges such as bookstore purchases, housing damage or discipline charges or late payment fees, etc., cannot be paid with Federal Financial Aid unless the student gives their permission. Students may give permission when they complete their eFann. If you do not give permission, this means you could receive a Financial Aid refund check even though you have unpaid charges on your student account.
