Health, Wellness, & Safety Awareness Fair Thursday, November 1, 2007 Whether it's choosing the medical/dental plan option
that's right for you, picking the right investment, or learning about
wellness and safety related issues, you will find helpful information
at the Health, Wellness, and Safety Awareness Fair. The Fair
provides you an opportunity to ask questions from representatives of
participating vendors.
FLU SHOTSFlu shots for faculty and staff (their spouses and same sex domestic partners) who are UPlan members are fully funded by the University of Minnesota Employee Wellness Program. Cost of vaccine is covered for faculty, staff, spouses/domestic partners, and retirees who are UPlan members. Employees, dependents/retirees: show your UPlan medical card. Flu shots will be administered by UMD Health Services and College of Pharmacy during the Health, Wellness & Safety Awareness Fair in the Garden Room between 10:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. Flu shot clinic schedules: * November 1st 10am-3pm at the Garden Room * November 7th 3pm-6pm at UMD Health Services QuickCare Clinic located at 107A Kirby Student Center will be able to administer flu shots to dependent children (ages 4 and above) of UPlan members starting November 8. Must present your dependents' UPlan insurance card. The Fair is sponsored by UMD, Department of Human Resources, U of M - Employee Benefits, and University of Minnesota Employee Wellness Program.
