Instructions for U of M employees from all campuses with non-academic (civil service bargaining and non-bargaining) and academic (faculty and P&A) appointments registering for a course at the U of M Duluth Campus: 1) Fill out the University of Minnesota Duluth Application for Regents' Scholarship Form (PDF) and acquire all the necessary departmental signatures. 2) Submit the original signed form for verification of eligibility to:
