REGENTS SCHOLARSHIP
The new Administrative policy: Regents Scholarship Program combines the
Regents Scholarship and the Academic Tuition Benefit Programs into one
policy covering eligible faculty, academic professional and administrative,
civil service and union-represented staff employees. This policy is available
online at http://www1.umn.edu/ohr/policies/benefits/regents/
**Note: It is your responsibility to register for the class/es. To verify
if the approved UMD Regents Scholarship Application has been credited
to your account, go to http://www.d.umn.edu/register/,
then click “View My Student Account.”

Instructions for U of M - Duluth campus bargaining and non-bargaining (non-academic)
and academic (faculty and P&A) employees registering for a course at
the U of M - Duluth Campus:
1) Fill out the University of Minnesota Duluth Application
for Regents' Scholarship Form and acquire all the necessary departmental
signatures.
2) Submit the original signed form for verification of your eligibility
to the proper institute:

3) UMD Human Resources will forward the approved form to Financial
Aid to be entered into Peoplesoft.
**NOTE: IF YOUR COURSE IF LOCATED OR CONDUCTED THROUGH ANOTHER CAMPUS,
YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR GETTING YOUR REGENT'S SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATION
TO THE APPROPRIATE CAMPUS.
Instructions for U of M - Duluth campus bargaining and non-bargaining
(non-academic) and academic (faculty and P&A) employees registering
for a course at the U of M - Twin Cities, U of M – Morris, U of
M – Crookston, or U of M – Rochester:
1) Fill out the Application for Regents' Scholarship Form and acquire
all the necessary departmental signatures.
2) Upon approval, the form will be sent back to you by UMD Human Resources.
You are responsible for mailing the approved Regents Scholarship form
to the appropriate campus Registrar's Office.
