Employee Exit Survey
The University of Minnesota has implemented the use of a new on-line
exit survey tool. The exit survey is a formal, objective instrument that attempts to learn why individuals leave and what, if anything, would
help reduce turnover and improve retention rates. Reason for leaving could be termination, resignation, layoff and retirement.
