Volunteers and UMD
The varied services provided by volunteers are an integral and vital component
in the success of UMD. Since volunteers have a totally different relationship
with the institution than employees do, it is important that the relationship,
guidelines and expectations are clearly communicated at the beginning
of the volunteer relationship.
