Job Stress/ Burnout in Your Career for Employees

What is the impact of stress on your career? This workshop examines how stress can affect all aspects of life, including your work. This participative seminar includes activities to assess current stress levels and identify actions for lowering stress. We will also look at what happens when stress leads to burnout and how that impacts a career.

Presented by Teri Spillers, Counselor at the University of Minnesota Office of Human Resources, Center for Human Resource Development. Teri has 12 years of experience as a career development specialist.
