Time Management
Have you tried time management techniques that promised to save
you time but resulted in wasted time, because they did not agree
with your working style? Identifying your individual needs for
time management is the first step in creating your own system
of optimum efficiency. Time management will be examined as a unique
process rather than a "one size fits all" approach.
Participants will:
• Discover what time management means through discussion
and reflection.
• Set goals to meet personal time management needs.
• Share best practices and tips for time management.
Facilitator: Jeff Stafford is a consultant in the Center
for Human Resource Development with the University of Minnesota,
Twin Cities. Prior to joining the University, Jeff was a trainer
with ChartHouse Learning – home of The FISH! Philosophy
- where he developed the FISH! For College program that is used
by colleges across the country. |

Problem Solving for Customer
Service
How would you approach your work differently if you went into
it knowing you could solve customer problems that come your way?
What if there were alternatives to NO, even when you can’t
say YES? During this workshop you will learn a model to aid you
in successfully solving problems while engaging the customer as
a partner to find the solution. Participants will explore real
world examples and apply the newly learned tools to create successful
