Participants will:

  • Know how to effectively and efficiently solicit feedback
  • Understand the key steps for giving feedback and identify the differences between specific and vague feedback
  • Learn how to address different employee reactions to feedback

Facilitator: Patty Samberg is a Training Coordinator for the office of Organizational Effectiveness for the U of M Human Resources department. She conducts Enterprise Financial System (EFS) training for the Duluth campus in addition to coordinate campuses. She also conducts Supervisory Development topics such as the Gift of Feedback.
