Facilitator: Teri Spillers is a supervisor and consultant in the Organizational Effectiveness division. She consults and coaches individuals, leaders and teams to increase their own capacity for individual and organizational effectiveness. Her work includes facilitating strategic planning and alignment, leadership assessment and development, career transition, change management, relationship management and team engagement. Teri has 15 years consulting and coaching experience at public, private and nonprofit organizations. She earned her master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from the University of St. Thomas, received her undergraduate degree in Business Administration and had 10 years of management experience before coming to the University of Minnesota in 2001.
