Exit Interview is a formal, objective instrument that attempts to learn the satisfaction levels of departing employees, why they leave and what, if anything, would help reduce turnover and improve retention rates and we at UMD HR&EO determined that the Exit Interview is a great tool for UMD to use and to that effect, we are requesting you, our COBRA Departmental Liaisons, to assist us in this effort by inviting all paid faculty and staff members from your department, college or unit to complete a confidential Exit Interview when they leave the University whether due to termination, resignation, layoff or retirement.

If you have any questions, please send an email to umdhr@d.umn.edu.
