UMD Benefits & Health Fair provides a great opportunity to talk to the medical and dental plan representatives about plan options; visit with retirement plan, disability, and life insurance representatives; and participate in health promotion opportunities.
UPlan Open Enrollment runs from November 1 through November 30. This is the one time each year when you can make changes to your health

There is NO CHARGE for UPlan members (employees, spouses and dependents (4+ years old) who present employee ID and insurance card. The flu clinics are coordinated by UMD Health Services, the College of Pharmacy, and QuickCare Clinic.
CHARGE for non-UPlan member is $22.50
Retirees are invited to have flu shots without a cost. They are also available from their clinic, as a preventive care expense, with a $0 copay.
If you are unable to attend the flu clinics, you may receive your flu vaccine at QuickCare Clinic (KSC 107). Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. - 2:30 p.m.
