Whether it's choosing the medical/dental plan option during Open Enrollment that's right for you, picking the right investment, or learning about wellness and safety related issues, you will find helpful information at the Health & Wellness Fair.
The Fair provides you an opportunity to ask questions from representatives of participating vendors.
Open Enrollment runs from November 1 to December 1, 2008.
The Fair is sponsored by UMD, Department of Human Resources, U of M - Employee Benefits, and University of Minnesota Employee Wellness Program.

FLU SHOTS
Flu shots for faculty and staff (their spouses and same sex domestic partners) are fully funded by the University of Minnesota Employee Wellness Program. Cost of vaccine is covered for faculty, staff, spouses/domestic partners, and retirees.
Employees: show your UCard
Dependents/retirees: show your UPlan medical card
Flu shots will be administered by UMD Health Services, UMD QuickCare Clinic and the College of Pharmacy during the Health, Wellness & Safety Awareness Fair in the Garden Room between 10:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m.
QuickCare Clinic located at 107A Kirby Student Center will be able to administer flu shots to dependents (including children ages 4 and above) of UPlan members starting November 7 (if vaccines are available.) Must present your dependents' UPlan insurance card.
In addition, flu shot clinics provided by Health Services, the College of Pharmacy, and QuickCare Clinic are scheduled as follows:

- Nov 7-Dec 15 -- QuickCare Clinic will be available to administer flu shot for four years old and above. Appointments not necessary. For questions: 726-8666.
