ORIENTATION FOR NEW NON-ACADEMIC EMPLOYEES
At New Employee Orientation, you will learn about the benefits (medical, dental, retirement, life insurance, short term disability, long term disability, flexible spending accounts, and Regents' Scholarship) provided by the University of Minnesota; as well as to familiarize yourself with the Duluth campus. The orientation contains information that you need to know as you begin your UMD employment. This includes key University policies, how to enroll for benefits, how to get your Staff ID card and your parking permit. Checklist for New Employees:
