NEW EMPLOYEES
Welcome to the University of Minnesota Duluth! When you start your career here at the U, there will be a lot of things you will need to learn. It can help to have some idea of what you should be looking to do first. See First Day, First Week, First Month. A New Employee Orientation (NEO) is conducted by the Department of Human Resources & Equal Opportunity for new and newly benefits eligible (Civil Service/Labor Represented) employees with appointment of 50% or greater. NEO is your introduction to University of Minnesota Duluth, benefits offered by University of Minnesota and the wealth of opportunities available to you.
