the campus officer on duty call you at your current University phone
number. Do not use a pay phone for a call back.

http://hrss.umn.edu/, click Direct Deposit.
DTA BUS SERVICE, 722-7283
Free city-wide bus
service is FREE for students, faculty, and staff with your U Card.
With more students searching for less campus parking, riding the DTA

EMPLOYEE ASSISTANCE PROGRAM, 218-249-7077
UMD Employee Assistance
Program (St Luke's Employee Assistance Program) is a FREE benefit
provided by the University of Minnesota Duluth for the employees and
their family members during those tough times in life when personal
problems or a crisis affects our functioning. EAP is designed to make
free and confidential professional assistance available to help with
life's stressors.

All students, faculty and employees parking a motor vehicle on campus
are required to purchase and display parking permits on their vehicles,
or park in the pay lots or metered areas. Parking permits are sold during
August of each year at the Cashier's window, Main Floor, Darland Administration
Building (DAdB).
PERSONAL INFORMATION UPDATE
If you want to change your home phone number or home address, go to
the Employee Self Service site, http://hrss.umn.edu/,
click Update Personal Information.
If your name has changed, fill out Human
Resource Information Form (HRIF) and submit to UMD Department of
Human Resources, 255 Darland Administration Building. For questions,
call 218-726-6740.
PERSONNEL FILES
All University staff may request to see and read the materials in their
personnel files by contacting the UMD Department of Human Resources
at 218/726-7161.
QUICKCARE CLINIC, 218-726-8666, 107 Kirby Student Center
QuickCare is a clinic for UMD employees, spouses/same-sex domestic
partners, and dependent children. $5 copay per visit and no copay ever
for immunizations. QuickCare is open 8:00 a.m.-1 p.m. and 1:30-4 p.m.,
Monday through Friday, during the academic school year September through
May.
The Regents' Scholarship Program is an important employee benefit that
allows University Civil Service and bargaining unit employees to take
University courses tuition free. Employees working 75% time or more
or 585 hours in a semester in which the course is taken are eligible
for the program.

The U Card identifies you as a student, staff, or faculty member. Your
first U Card is free and can be obtained at the U Card Office. The U
Card is your key to all sorts of campus services and facilities.
