Patricia Wollack
Pat Wollack has been an Executive Secretary with the Department of Industrial and Technical Studies and the Department of Industrial Engineering for the past 15 years. During the period of phasing out one department and adapting to a new department, she demonstrated self-reliance, resourcefulness, and professionalism, in providing a smooth transition. During this period, she also handled the paperwork for semester conversion and expansions of the Master of Environmental Health and Safety program without a glitch.
Providing support for the Industrial Engineering Graduate Programs and managing the numerous budgets is quite a complex and demanding responsibility.
Another example of her talents and work ethics is illustrated in the grant proposal submitted to the National Institution of Occupational Health and Safety this summer. The complex 100+page proposal included required her to work with multiple authors. Without her organizational and assistance, deadlines would have never been met.
I take great pleasure in presenting Pat this Continuous Service Award.
