Continuous Service
Jane Buttoms
Jane is a senior office supervisor in the library's administration office.
She is a first-rate employee who knows her job well but more importantly, she
has an excellent understanding of the important role her position plays within
the library system.
Jane provides high quality service to all her customers and actively looks
for ways to improve on that service by improving her own skills and abilities,
along with the office's procedures and services.
Jane has superb time management and organizational skills. She consistently
demonstrates a high degree of initiative. She is self-directed, resourceful,
and creative. She has been an innovator from the very beginning of her tenure
in this position.
In summary, Jane is an exceptional employee, and I take pleasure in presenting
her with this year's Continuous Service award.
