Continuous Service
Sharon Fedora
Sherri continually demonstrates initiative, innovation, dedication, and overall
excellent performance in her role as Executive Administrative Specialist in
the Finance and Management Info Systems department. She is the sole administrative
support for 12 faculty members as well as serving the many Finance and MIS students
A colleague wrote that “checking in a thesaurus for synonyms to the word
‘initiative’ will give you words such as ‘ambition, drive,
push, get-up-and-go”’– and that those who know Sherri also
know that those words describe her well.”
She takes on all her responsibilities with a strong sense of commitment to
her department and is considered an outstanding ambassador for the School of
Business and Economics, and an excellent first contact for all those who walk
in the door of Finance and MIS department.
For all these reasons and more, it’s a pleasure to present Sherri with
this award.
