Continuous Service
Lynn Gilberg
Lynn works in ITSS as an Informational Technology Professional. She coordinates
service requests, programs phone changes, manages the 911 update system, keeps
the ITSS telephone and network connections data bases accurate, and responds
to help desk calls. The reduction in turn-around time for service is no coincidence.
It is directly attributable to Lynn and her performance.
She is dedicated to customer satisfaction, to the success of the phone-net
team, and to ITSS. Lynn works with them to resolve problems to ensure the best
service to her customers. She also gives up labor day weekend each year to work
the Bulldog Bash with the phone-net team.
With pride and with thanks, I present this Outstanding Service award to Lynn.
