Margaret Mohrman
As an Assistant Scientist in the Department of Pharmacology, Peggy has an exceptional
amount of responsibility for assisting with the lab and conducting experiments.
She is a model citizen in the lab and in the School of Medicine using her exceptional
ability to trouble shoot. Peggy has saved many experiments from being lost.
Her attention to detail and fantastic record keeping allows the department to
quickly identify problems and correct them. When new techniques need to be worked
out for the laboratory, Peggy is the person for the job. Peggy's answer is never,
"We can't do that". The answer is always, "We can figure out
a way to make this happen." This innovative attitude clearly improves the
success of the research.
Peggy is a true professional and a superb human being who will continue to
be a source of pride to UMD. I am pleased to present Peggy with this Outstanding
Service award.
