Reporting Time

Time Reporting:

Time Reporters must submit time via an electronic time sheet in MyU. Best practice is to report time daily. For more information and training on how to report time in MyU please visit the upgrade website.

Receiving your paycheck:

If you completed the Employee Self Service direct deposit sign up, your paycheck will be directly deposited into that account. If you did not complete the direct deposit sign up, your paycheck will be mailed to your home address. To ensure your home address is correct, please log into the Employee Self Service, select Personal Information Update, and select Personal Addresses from the drop down menu.

Reporting changes:

Students, please contact the Director of the Office of Student Employment in the event of a problem, grievance, change of position, or termination of a position.

In the event of a termination, give the employer two weeks notice.
