The UMD Wellness Program is preparing a taste-tempting cookbook that will feature favorite recipes from members of the UMD community. Our UMD Cookbook will be beautifully illustrated and bound and is sure to be treasured for years.
We are requesting you to submit up to three (3) of your favorite healthy recipes so you can be represented in our memorable collection. Recipes must be original, not previously published.
Depending on the number of recipes received, we reserve the right to choose recipes for publication. We guarantee, however, that at least one recipe submitted by an employee will be published.
Each cookbook will contain helpful cooking hints, recipe category dividers, a table of contents, an index, and special pages of interest to our community.
The cookbook will be part of the UMD Wellness Program incentive
reward that you will be able to earn for FREE. More information
will be e-mailed at a later time on how to earn the cookbook.
Step 1: Go to http://www.typensave.com/
Step 2: Click "Login" under "For established accounts, members can login and enter recipes".
Step 3: Fill in 3 sections:
Contributor: Your complete name, department name
Group Login: umdcookbook
Password: call 726-7822 to ask for the passwordStep 4: Click "Add Recipe"
Step 5: Fill in the information for your recipe
Step 6: Click "Preview Recipe"
Step 7: If you are satisfied with your entry, click "Save" and you are done
