Getting Started with "Quick 10 for 10" for your health!


Who may participate?: All faculty and staff


What do you need to do:

  • Keep track of your Quick 10 points of daily physical activity from September 11 through December 10 in the Daily Log Form.

  • Examples of Physical Activities:

    carpentry
    dancing
    exercising
    gardening

    going up and down stairs
    golf
    home improvement
    jogging
    jumping rope
    mopping floor
    mowing (push lawmower)

    weight lifting
    wood working
    yardwork

  • Send your Daily Log Form by December 20 to:

  • Receive a gift
