UMD Employee Wellness Program
Fall 2013

UMD Continuing Education is pleased to bring Mental Health First Aid Certification Training to the Northland!

Mental Health First Aid is an interactive training program that introduces you to the risk factors and warning signs of mental health problems. The training provides an overview of mental illness, introduces you to the risk factors and warning signs, and helps erase the stigma associated with the disease. Your body language, what you say, and how well you listen can have a powerful impact. Mental Health First Aid equips you to help people with mental illness connect to the the care they need. You can make a difference!
