Engage

The 10-week program offers support, accountability, motivation and resources to help you reach your wellbeing goals in a small group environment. Additionally, weekly meetings aim to build community and a fresh approach to health coaching through shared, yet self-selected personal development goals in any area of wellbeing.

Enahced Wellbeing

Knowlegeable facilitators, shared success stories of peers, and activities aimed at improving self-awareness help to provide the support, encouragement, accountablity and resources to help promote postitive lifestyle changes.

"Health goals become overwhelming and unsustainable when they feel like a chore. Often you know what you 'should do'  in terms of taking care of yourself, but it can be difficult to do those very things.  To me, Health Coaching is an opportunity to talk about and think through what you're wanting for yourself and your health in a way that is completely unique and meaningful to you. Throughout this process, health goals transform into meaningful acts of self-care that you want to do and look forward to doing because they help you live your best life." -Rachel Gilbertson, Lifestyle Health Coach

Meeting Format

The program involves weekly 45-minute meetings:

  • Brief and nonjudmental group check in of current successes, strategies, and opportunities.
  • Activities and experiential learning activities to enhance overall wellbeing.
  • Open, positive, and respectful group discussion
  • Creating an intention or revision to personal recipe for self-care
