The Group Health Coaching Program will focus on unique goals in a supportive small group environment. This program offers support, accountability, motivation and resources to help you reach your wellness goals. Additionally, the Group Health Coaching Program aims to build community and provides a fresh approach to health coaching through shared, yet self-selected behavior change goals related to healthy lifestyles.
The Group Health Coaching Program involves weekly 30-minute meetings, weigh-ins, and goal setting.

Benefits of Attending Group Health Coaching
Although the idea of Group Health Coaching can seem intimidating, recent research suggests that it is extremely useful for support, accountability and motivation when trying to maintain a healthy lifestyle. Successful weight loss programs throughout the world, such as Weight Watchers and Weight Loss Centers, use group strategies for the same reasons.
Each person in the group is determined in improving their lifestyle in one way or another. Typically, it’s not the first time each individual has attempted to change the way they live, so a group setting is a good way to compile different approaches, challenges, and experiences, providing direct support and motivation.
