UMD Wellness - Spring 2005
Fitness Begins One Step at a Time
Goal: to promote wellness and encourage employees to maintain a
healthy living environment.
The campaign challenges UMD faculty and staff to walk or do physical activity
totalling 100 miles from February 7 to May 15, 2005, and to log their physical
activities. Once the 100-mile challenge has been completed, employees may
submit the log form to the Department of Human Resources. Employees that
turn-in their log form by May 23, 2005, will receive a free UMD Wellness
Walkers t-shirt.

activity = 1 mile
