"Train Your Brain: At First Sight" will be presented from 3:30 - 5:30 pm on Wed., Nov. 18 in 273B KSC.

“Demystifying Arab Muslim Culture” will be presented by Maryam al Sheroogi, Mary Coons, and Brenda Butterfield from 3:30 – 5 pm on Nov. 18 in 185 Life Science.

Visit South Africa and Botswana through pictures and stories, by Helen Mongan-Rallis, Trish O’Keefe, and Paula Pedersen at 5 pm on Wed., Nov. 18 in the Kirby Rafters.

International Film Series will show Marmoulak (The Lizard, 2004, Iran) from 6-8pm on Nov. 18 in the Kirby Lounge.

The UMD Student Health Fair will take place Tues., Dec. 1 from 11 am - 2 pm in the Kirby Rafters.

"Why We Leave: A firsthand account of migration to the U.S." will be presented by Nelly Oritz from Mexico Solidarity on Thurs., Dec. 3 at 7 pm.

On Sun., Dec. 6 an interpreted performance of Sausage will be held at 2 pm in MPAC.

“Diversity in Outdoor Recreation” will be presented by author and photographer Dudly Edmondson at 7 pm on Dec. 9 in the Kirby Rafters.

On Thurs., Dec. 10 Joy DeGruy, author of Post-Traumatic Slave Syndrome: America's Enduring Legacy of Injury and Healing, will speak about facts, statistics and documents that illustrate how varying levels of both clinically induced and socially learned residual stress related issues were passed along through generations as a result of slavery.

On Sat., Dec. 12, a Kwaanza celebration will be held from 6 - 9 pm in the Kirby Ballroom.
