  On June 12, 2006, the University of Minnesota launched a new online application system. The new online system will enable you to:

  • search for positions
  • apply online (paper copy applications will no longer be accepted)
  • maintain and edit your application
  • attach resumes and cover letters

  Applying will be easier and more convenient than ever before!

• The Power of Respect to Affect Lives, a new online program aimed at preventing sexual harassment, and other forms of disrespectful harassment or discrimination. All university employees are strongly encouraged to participate in this individualized learning experience, found at www.powerofrespect.umn.edu.
• Two new diversity training programs are available:

1. Perceptions of Diversity
2. Mattering and Marginality
