Services include diagnosis and treatment of minor acute illnesses, immunizations, blood pressure checks, and cholesterol screening.
Cost is $5 copay for Acute Care for UPlan members with no copay for immunizations or cholesterol screening. Non-UPlan members pay full cost. Direct billing to UPlan provider insurance. No appointment needed except for cholesterol checks.
