Classes in the Master of Science in Engineering Management and a Master of Environment Health and Safety Degree are being held on the Iron Range at the Mesabi Range Community and Technical College in Virginia. Program organizers will offer 6-8 courses every academic year. Iron Range students will also have access to additional related courses offered on the UMD campus and to ITV and on-line courses. The program is being coordinated through the UMD Swenson College of Science and Engineering in conjunction with the Arrowhead University Consortium, with financial support provided by the Iron Range Higher Education Committee.
