Program Learning Outcomes:

New students will know general academic expectations and identify strategies for academic success.

New students will understand the importance of campus involvement in their development and learning and will have begun to implement strategies for campus involvement.

New students will know and begin building relationships with other students who are different from themselves.

New students will know that there are multiple faculty, staff, offices, programs and services that are designed to support a vibrant learning experience, and will use the ones that are appropriate to their circumstances and needs.

Student leaders will identify their strengths, opportunities for growth and their own experiences to assist freshman students with developing awareness of academic expectations and strategies, paths to campus involvement, development of personal connections and awareness and use of campus resources.
