Assessment of Student Learning

Students will demonstrate a capacity for praxis of leadership theory and skills through involvement in leadership and/or service and civic activities.

Students will recognize, seek out, and reflect on cross-cultural and diverse perspectives in their theoretical and practical leadership applications.

Students will evidence academic competence, leadership skills, and multiple/varied experiences relating to leadership.

Students will establish collaborative, mutually beneficial relationships with others, and manage interpersonal conflicts effectively.

Students will utilize learned information, concepts, and experiences and apply to new situations and/or settings.
