Mathematics and Statistics Assessment Plan
At the end of the program, our graduates will:
Know the basic definitions, notation, and theorems of mathematics/statistics
Be able to apply statistical/mathematical techniques/models to solve problems
Know how to write programming code and use mathematical/statistical software to analyze data and interpret results
Be able to write a coherent description of a mathematical or statistical presentation
Be able to critically assess and explain mathematical/statistical arguments, both in the classroom and outside it
