Theatre B.A. Program Outcomes

Student Learning Outcomes

 

A.  Cognitive.  Students will know

 

The history, literature and function of the theatre, including works from various periods and cultures.

The practice of theatre: in performance, design, direction, and technical production.

The collaborative process of theatre production.

B.  Behavioral.  Students will demonstrate

Critical and creative thinking skills to form an artistic vision

An ability to effectively communicate ideas in oral and written forms

C.  Affective.  Students will display

 

A commitment to ongoing artistic improvement.

Mutual respect within a collaborative environment.
