Submit updates to your program's assessment plan (as needed):

1. Update the appropriate section(s) of your program's assessment plan template.

2. Email the template to assess@d.umn.edu. Please include a list of what updates were made, e.g. revised SLO #3, changed the collection terms for SLO #3 and #4, or changed measure for SLO #1, in the email text.

Updates will be made to the assessment website and to GRIP within ten days of submission.
