Financial
The financial section of the Campus Data Book summarizes budget and expenditure figures for most units on campus.
Campus units are aggregated into 5 major ones: Chancellor, Vice Chancellors for Finance and Operations, Academic Affairs, Academic Support and Student Life, and University Relations. The funding source is general operations and maintenance (Fund 1001). The budget is subcategorized into Academic Salaries, Civil Service Salaries, and Supplies, Expense, Equipment. Funding for fringe benefits is pooled centrally so does not appear in a specific unit under budgeted revenue; however, the fringe benefit expenditure does appear in the respective unit.
Table 1 outlines the budget for the current fiscal year, Table 2 summarizes the expenditures for the previous fiscal year, Table 3 provides 5 years of data for expenditures per department, and Table 4 is a three-year summary of budget data.
