Assessment and Retention
Student success is attained through participation and engagement in an intentionally designed sequence of courses and experiences created by faculty and staff to foster the cognitive, affective, and psychomotor development of students. These courses and experiences lead students to achieve high levels of learning and satisfaction with their educational experience and affect persistence to degree completion. The University of Minnesota Duluth measures the success of our undergraduate students through the assessment of student learning outcomes and campus retention and graduation rates.
