Characteristics of a Good Final Outline

introduction, body, and conclusion.
- Order of topics (flow)
makes sense.
- Studies of focus relate
back to the thesis, and the way in which they relate is apparent.
- Outline is complete
(ideas are developed in each section).
- Outline is detailed
enough that it conveys the actual information, not just topics that you
are going to talk about.
- Final outline cites
information from at least 5 sources (Name Year).
- Unfamiliar vocabulary is
defined.
