Orange Chipolte Salsa

Combine ingredients in large bowl. Will keep 4 days, covered and refrigerated.

2 cups chopped orange slices, peeled, pith and seeds removed (about 2 oranges)
1 red onion, diced small
1 red bell pepper, diced small
1 tsp. Minced garlic
1 T. cumin seeds
2 T. minced canned chipolte peppers
1/4 cup chopped fresh oregano
1 cup lemon juice
Salt and pepper to taste
