Popovers
This is a family favorite prepared by Carolyn to accompany beef entrees.

1 cup milk
1 cup sifted flour
2 eggs
1 pinch salt

Mix milk and flour together until smooth. Add eggs and salt. Mix until completely combined. Do not beat! Grease popover pan or custard cups. Preheat pan or cups. Fill pan or cups until 1/2 to 3/4 full. Bake at 375° for 40 minutes or until popovers are fully popped. and browned.
